How does it work?

  1. During the first 2 hours, Viviane prepares your complete reading remotely.
  2. On the third hour, we meet for 60 minutes on Zoom to review the details of your Soul Profile reading and do a clearing.

We are not responsible for email errors or typos. There are no refunds for cancellation and no-shows. We gladly issue a one-time courtesy credit applicable toward a future booking. We reserve the right to cancel a non-refundable session if a client is under the influence of alcohol or any substance.

Great question! We offer a variety of ways to reach quantum consciousness. Each session brings a unique approach to your healing and growth. Our recommendation is to ask your Higher Self what serves you the best at this moment. Trust your Light and inner guidance. In case of doubt, we lovingly suggest to book our Arcturian Energy Matrix, which is our signature modality. From there, we can guide you in the direction that you will need moving forward. Your experience will be as unique as you are. Each stage of expansion brings beauty, sometimes challenges (depending on resistance), opportunity for growth, and changes. Your physical body also needs to adjust to the new frequency received during the session. It is all part of the process. Remember that “healing” is an infinite umbrella that also triggers transformation, elevation, and quantum consciousness. Our loving suggestions are to:

  • See and Feel your life-force energy flowing through your Chakra centers

We kindly ask 48 hours notification for any changes requested to your booking. Please note that we only provide a courtesy credit toward a future session. Some exceptions may apply.*
 
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are welcome to do so via our booking platform. We will receive a notification with the new updates.
 
*In case of a cancellation:
  • The day of your appointment, the session fee is automatically forfeited.
  • Minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment, we will gladly issue a credit toward a future booking.
